Landscape Design Services

Green Canvas offers landscape design and related services. Specific terms for these services will be provided separately in a service agreement or contract. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the specific service agreement, the terms of the specific service agreement will prevail.

Pricing and Payment

All prices for services and products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of any service or product.

Consultations and Appointments

If you schedule a consultation or appointment with us, you agree to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, and the selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by Green Canvas, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Using the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

User Content

Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Termination
